Slangshot Terms of Service

Draft. These terms are a starting point and must be reviewed by a lawyer before Slangshot launches.

1. Who we are

Slangshot is operated by Shareweaver LLC ("we", "us"). By using Slangshot you agree to these terms.

2. What Slangshot is

Slangshot uses AI to rewrite text as slang and to explain slang. It is for entertainment and education. The content is irreverent, can be crude, and is not politically correct. Every character is fictional; any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. AI translations can be wrong, and we make no promise that a translation is accurate or appropriate for any situation.

3. Age

Heat levels 7 to 10 (Pro and Max) contain swearing and adult humor and are for people 18 and older. By unlocking them you confirm you are at least 18. Users under 13 may only use Clean mode and may not use community features.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you translate, say, post and share. You may not use Slangshot to harass, threaten, or target any person or group. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shareweaver LLC and its owners from any claims, damages or costs arising from your use of Slangshot or content you create or share with it, to the extent the law allows.

5. Content rules

Slangshot never generates slurs aimed at groups or hateful stereotypes and tropes about any group, at any heat level. Community submissions that insult a group, contain hate speech or include personal information are removed, and accounts that post them may be banned.

6. Community submissions

When you submit a correction, term or rating, you give Shareweaver LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit and publish it in Slangshot. We may moderate or remove any submission.

7. Purchases

Pro and Max are one-time purchases for your account. They may not be available in every country. Refunds follow the policy of the payment provider used at checkout.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continuing to use Slangshot means you accept the update. Questions: contact Shareweaver LLC.
